Lance Vermeulen Real Estate Inc. was established in 2001 in the historic village of South Egremont at 47 Main St. Started by Lance and his wife Cara, Lance Vermeulen Real Estate quickly became one of the most successful agencies in the area. Over the past nine years the agency has grown to include seven full-time Associates, an Office Manager, and a second office located at 283 Main St. Great Barrington.

Spring 2010 brings exciting developments for Lance Vermeulen Real Estate. We are pleased to announce the opening of a third office at 38 Church Street, Lenox, MA. Staffed by four full-time Associates, the Lenox office will also be open seven days a week.
